Shipping Options

All orders placed before 2pm MST Monday–Friday are processed and packaged the same day, excluding public holidays. In order to offer the best service and serve as many customers as possible, we are currently utilizing multiple carriers. Please be aware that your tracking information may not update until your package has reached the sorting facility.

All shipping thresholds exclude sales and excise taxes; your order subtotal after discounts must meet the shipping threshold before taxes have been added to your order total.

Adult Signature Required
Due to the PACT Act, all orders must be shipped out with an adult signature required upon delivery. Any adult who is 21 years of age or older may present a valid, government ID to sign for the order at the scheduled delivery address. Please read our Adult Signature Required FAQ to learn more.

Re-shipping orders is at the Electric Tobacconist’s sole discretion. All re-shipped orders must be sent to the original shipping address given. If the carrier has been unable to deliver your parcel within 45 days from the date of dispatch, we may, at our sole discretion, re-ship your order.

If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, then reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed. Please visit our Terms & Conditions page for more information.

To find an order’s tracking number, view your Order History and click the Order Reference number (beginning with “ETUSA”). Your tracking number will be listed underneath the Tracking Reference column. In addition, you may view all of your previous orders and tracking numbers in your Electric Tobacconist Customer Account.

To track a package that has been shipped with our Standard Regional Carrier, please note that the tracking emails for this carrier are sent at 4PM MST daily (Monday – Friday). If your order was placed after 4PM MST or on the weekend, then your tracking email will be sent at 4PM MST on the following business day.

Incorrect Shipping Details
It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the customer enters the incorrect or incomplete address and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send replacement goods. If goods are returned to us because they have been sent to the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send them at our expense; however, a refund will be offered less the postal expense. If you notice that you have provided incorrect or incomplete details, please contact our Help Desk for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions
Please visit this page to view a complete list of our state-by-state shipping restrictions. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, or Utah.
